Yes — you can upgrade or downgrade at any time. Upgrades take effect immediately; downgrades apply at the next billing cycle.
What payment methods do you accept?
We accept M-Pesa (Lipa Na M-Pesa) and major debit/credit cards via Stripe.
Are parent appointment bookings free?
Yes for public schools. For private and international schools there is a small KES 500 booking fee paid by parents.
What is a Featured listing?
Premium schools appear at the top of search results and county pages with a "Featured" badge, giving maximum visibility to parents.
